Harjit Gill OD

Optometrist

Dr. Harjit Singh Gill earned his Doctor of Optometry in 2021 and his Bachelor of Science in 2017, both from the University of Waterloo. After eight years of academic training, he has returned to Brampton, his hometown, to provide high-quality eye care to his patients.
During his clerkship at various clinics in the Greater Toronto Area, Dr. Gill recognized the importance of educating patients about their eye conditions, fostering trust and strengthening the doctor-patient relationship. His areas of interest include primary eye care, dry eyes, glaucoma, cataracts, diabetes, and other conditions.


In addition to his studies, Dr. Gill volunteered with the Canadian National Institute for the Blind (CNIB) as a Vision Mate, assisting visually impaired individuals with computer use, board games, office organization, and more.
Dr. Gill is fluent in Punjabi, Urdu, and Hindi, making him accessible to a diverse patient base. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, riding his motorcycle, or cruising in his Jeep.
